Hello Honeypies!

You guys! Since my life pretty much consists studying and working out I think it is time I also talk about my gym, healthy lifestyle routine. Through the years my food, gym and health routine have changed drastically.

It is one thing to be fit and sporty all the time and another to actually also eat healthy.
I’ve personally have always been a fit person. Someone who was passionate about sport no matter what. I played for the VFL Bochum women’s Basketball league and I danced since I was 4 years old. I basically was in sport teams and activities my whole life.

When I moved out I realized that my parents always spoiled us with everything when it came down to foods. I soon saw that I had to change the way I was eating. Two years ago I decided to start eating clean. Of course that does not mean one can not splurge or something. It is important to remain a healthy lifestyle but it is also good to lean back every once in a while and eat a Pizza.

About a month ago I decided to do the Kyla Itsines Challenge. I’m in week 7 now and you guys, it has been one of the best decisions in my life so far. I always wanted to have a light six-pack, lean and super fit body. And I can not believe how far this BGG has brought me. When I look in the mirror now I just can not believe the progress. I have always wanted to be one of those super fit gym chicks you see everywhere in the Internet but my unhealthy lifestyle kept me away from that goal.

I can not wait to share my Post 12 Weeks progress. I only recommend this BGG Guide. For anyone who is into a challenge. You can do it! #LetThemBurpeesDie
